4pm: Four strawberries.

6pm: Scallion and pork brown sauce over roasted cauliflower and goat cheese over mixed greens, baby kale roasted pepitas, olive oil, and balsamic, made at home.

7pm: Microwave popcorn at Brian’s parents’ house.

9am: Little Waves coffee with half & half, grilled provolone on Dave’s Killer Bread, made at home.

12:30: Eomuk bokkeum over rice and an olive oil and Maldon brownie, made at home.

6pm: Caramelized onion, mushrooms, basil, and pecorino with rigatoni, made at home. Olive oil brownie.

9am: Little Waves coffee with half & half, eomuk bokkeum, and a small slice of brownie, made at home.

12pm: Ruffles potato chips.

3:30: Handful of pretzels and a small slice of brownie. Goat cheese, roasted pepitas, olive oil, and balsamic over mixed greens, made at home.

6pm: Slice of pepperoni pizza from Whole Foods.

9am: Little Waves coffee with half & half, japchae with egg, red cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, chili crisp, and leftover drunken chicken, made by Brian.

2pm: Ruffles potato chips, leftover eomuk bokkeum over rice.

7pm: Frozen pepperoni pizza from Costco and two glasses of boxed Chardonnay from Brian’s mom’s fridge.

9am: Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit from Bojangles and leftover coffee with half & half.

2pm: Leftover japchae and a slice of brownie.

9pm: Annie’s mac and cheese with peas, made by Brian. Slice of brownie and a glass of boxed Chardonnay.

4pm: Leftover Annie’s, some crumbs at the bottom of a bag of Ruffles, and Ritz crackers with pimento cheese spread.

7pm: Glass of boxed Chardonnay, chicken over spaghetti made by Brian, and Oatly salted caramel ice cream.

1pm: Grilled provolone and pepper jack on La Farm sourdough, made at home. Triology kombucha and the heel of a seeded levain loaf from Boulted Bread.

5pm: A leftover brownie and a glass of Harthill Farms Pinot Grigio.

7pm: Buttermilk polenta with roasted cherry tomatoes, red onion, and thyme, and roasted pork belly, made by Brian.

7pm: Steamed snow crab legs, clams, shrimp, andouille, and potatoes from Topsail Steamers. Two glasses of Chardonnay and a pour of lime flavored Deep Eddy’s.

9am: Coffee with creamer, scrambled eggs, half of a toasted bagel with vegetable cream cheese, a piece of bacon, a slice of fried bologna, and a slice of blueberry lemon cake from Friendly’s, made by Brian’s mom.

11am: Coffee with half & half from Surf City Coffee.

1pm: Dill chicken salad from Friendly’s on toasted wheat bread, made by Brian.

6pm: Carnitas in salsa verde, flour tortillas, refried beans and rice, lettuce and tomato, chips and salsa, a mozzarella stick, a slice of a chicken burrito with pico de gallo, and a frozen blood orange margarita with salt from Margarita’s in Surf City, North Carolina.
