6pm: Leftover fried rice and salsa with tortilla chips, can of Pilsner Urquell.

8pm: Oktoberfest beer from Great Central Brewing. Stella Artois from the United Center.

10pm: Une Anee sour from Kaiser Tiger.


October 2, 2021 (Saturday)

11am: La Colombe coffee with half & half, soy cured yolk and scrambled egg over rice, made at home. Menudo broth with onions from Cermak Produce. Half of a mango. Can of Marz juniper CBD seltzer.

4pm: Half a can of Pilsner Urquell. Ricotta and cauliflower stuffed shells with leftover pork ragu and Rao’s arrabbiata, made at home.

6pm: Small slice of caramelized apple pie from Good Ambler.

11am: Cold brew with half & half from Metric.

1pm: Leftover stuffed shells.

3pm: Two petits biscuits au chocolat, half a can of Paulaner lager.

6pm: Can and a half of Middlebrow White Light, Jaffa cake, potato chips, peanut butter pretzels. Hot dog grilled by Andrew, slice of sponge cake made by Kim.

7am: Oatcake, made at home.

10am: Coffee with half & half from Good Ambler. Almonds and granola made at Good Ambler.

4pm: Pumpkin spice macaron from Good Ambler.

6pm: Leftover shells and sautéed garlic kale, made at home. Three petits biscuits au chocolat.

7am: Leftover shells and kale.

8am: Americano with half & half from Good Ambler.

12pm: Coffee with half & half, chive brioche bun and two coffee macarons from Good Ambler.

6pm: Can of Half Acre Pony Pilsner, Boursin cheese and Isola crostini. One petit biscuit.

10am: Cortado from La Colombe and a vegetarian breakfast burrito from Whole Foods.

3pm: Boursin and crostini.

6pm: Pasta e fagioli with kale, made at home. Three petits biscuits au chocolat.

9am: Stumptown cold brew with half & half and cottage cheese with hot sauce, made at home.

12pm: Leftover pasta e fagioli.

4pm: Mango.

6pm: Sunny eggs over roasted sweet potato and red onion with goat cheese, roasted pepitas, and cilantro, made at home.

9pm: Half a can of 18th Street pilsner and one petit biscuit.

9am: Cappuccino from La Colombe.

1pm: Leftover pasta e fagioli and a piece of baguette from Whole Foods.

6pm: Glass of Globerati sauvignon blanc and crostini with herbed goat cheese. Roasted chicken and shaved brussel sprout salad with golden beets, homemade seasoned breadcrumbs, roasted pepitas, Parmesan, and habanero Dijon vinaigrette, made at home.

9am: La Colombe coffee with half & half, scrambled eggs with curried red kale and toasted baguette with olive oil, made at home.

2pm: Leftover pasta e fagioli with baguette and leftover roast chicken.

4pm: Chocolate cake and beef from Portillo’s.

9pm: Slice of chicken breast and a small piece of Branzino from the Thalia wedding.

11pm: Two glasses of Forlorn Hope Queen of the Sierra rose. Small pour of Old Westminster Blinded by the Light white piquette. Piece of Tony’s dark chocolate.

11am: Leftover coffee with half & half and chicken egg yolk soup, made at home.

2pm: Kashmiri chili macarons with sour cream chocolate ganache filling, made at home.

7pm: Small pour of Blinded by the Light. Chicken egg yolk soup, and a macaron made at home.

7am: Cottage cheese and Cholula, made at home.

12pm: Coffee with cream and two coffee macarons from Good Ambler. Greek yogurt with honey.

6pm: Slice of spinach pesto and stracciatella pizza, slice of sausage and onion pizza, and part of an oatmeal cream pie from Bob’s. Can of Fader lager, half a can of 18th Street pilsner, and a taste of Old Westminster Blinded by the Light red piquette.

7am: Cottage cheese and Cholula, made at home.

12pm: Coffee with half & half and salmon rillette and arugula on a garlic potato roll, made at Good Ambler.

5pm: Can of Fader lager. Leftover chicken soup and macarons.

7am: Scrambled eggs and a pear, made at home.

12pm: Coffee with half & half and a slice of quiche Lorraine from Good Ambler.

4pm: Vanilla macaron from Good Ambler.

7pm: Brisket fried rice with jalapeño, cilantro, scallions, and lime, made at home. Haribo sour Smurfs.

3pm: Triscuits and a quarter of an avocado.

6pm: Can of Daisy Cutter. Butter chicken, spinach paneer, chili chicken, and chickpeas with chapati and rice from Ghareeb Narwaz.

12pm: Two glasses of chardonnay.

6pm: Roast pork over buttermilk polenta and roasted acorn squash, made by Brian. Glass of Isastegi.

11am: Coffee with half & half from Good Ambler and half a praline eclair. Piece of focaccia with horseradish spread and a spoon of curried squash soup, made at Good Ambler.

6pm: Chicken tikka masala over rice, made by Brian. Can of Modelo with lime. Piece of mimolette.

7am: Roasted potatoes and sunny egg over leftover curry, made by Brian. Piece of sourdough.

10am: Coffee with cream, dulce de leche, and mini quiche, made at Good Ambler.

5pm: Breadcrumb crusted tilapia, roasted plum tomatoes from the garden, and spinach pesto and mushroom orecchiette, made by Brian. Small pour of Fetzer Cabernet Sauvignon. Piece of Tony’s dark chocolate.

7am: Fried egg on toasted sourdough, made at home.

10am: Coffee with cream from Good Ambler.

3pm: Smoked turkey and brisket from Revival, two coffee macarons from Good Ambler.

7pm: Two glasses of Asnella vinho verde. Fried chicken egg roll, hot and sour soup, fried chili chicken, szechuan green beans, wood ear salad, and dan dan noodles from MCCB.

7am: Sunny egg on toasted sourdough, made at home.

9am: Coffee with cream from Good Ambler.

1pm: Jet’s pepperoni and sausage pizza for staff meal at Good Ambler.

6pm: Tempeh masala over rice, mushrooms and peas, jalapenos, red onions, and cilantro, made by Brian. Half a bottle of Peeper pale ale from Maine Beer Company. Piece of flourless chocolate cake with milk chocolate cremeux from Good Ambler.

7am: Sunny egg on toasted sourdough, made at home. Coffee with half & half from Metric.

11am: Shrimp tempura over rice with miso soup from Tokyo Shokudo in Mitsuwa. Salt ramen from Santouka in Mitsuwa.

3pm: Fried chicken and mayonnaise onigiri from Tokyo Shokodu. Half a can of Ruekeller Helles.

7pm: Garbanzo and spinach tikka masala with roasted butternut squash, made at home. Can of Off Color Spots passionfruit weissbier. Slices of Bartlett pear.


October 24, 2021 (Sunday).

10:30am: La Colombe coffee with half & half, onion and potato pancakes with serrano, brussel sprouts, and sour cream, and a sunny egg, made at home.

3pm: Baetje Farms beer washed Valle, mimolette, half of a can of Dovetail Helles, slices of Bartlett pear.

6pm: Hanger steak, charred romanesco with capers, mashed potatoes, shaved brussel sprouts with parmesan, made by Brian. Half a can of Off Color Spots.

8pm: Butternut squash bread with dark chocolate, made at home.

7am: Toasted sourdough and seeded 12 grain bread with sunny egg, made at home.

9am: Coffee with cream and a piece of bacon from Good Ambler.

5pm: Pistachio macaron from Good Ambler.

6pm: Braised short ribs and turnips, leftover brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes, made by Brian. Can of Marz Marzarita sour session ale. Slice of butternut squash bread.

7am: Ham and cheese croissant from Good Ambler.

9am: Coffee with cream from Good Ambler.

3pm: Piece of pecan brownie and ham and cheese croissant from Good Ambler.

6pm: Leftover curry and basmati rice, made by Brian. Half a can of Marzarita with gin.

7am: Toasted seeded bread with fried egg, made at home.   

9am: Coffee with cream and half a ginger cookie from Good Ambler.

2pm: Half a piece of spinach and oyster mushroom quiche, mixed greens and radish with thyme vinaigrette and gremolata, and squash soup made at Good Ambler. Handful of raspberries. Small cup of apple cider.

7pm: Annie’s mac and cheese with steamed broccoli and a fully loaded baked potato, made by Brian. Two petit biscuits au chocolat.

 
October 28, 2021 (Thursday)

7am: Sunny egg, made at home, and the heel of a croissant. Leftover coffee with oat milk made by Brian.

9am: Coffee with cream from Good Ambler.

12pm: Chive brioche bun made at Good Ambler.

6pm: Mussels, burrata with toast, boquerones, chicken liver pate, bucatini with potato and green beans, and duck breast from Rootstock. Bottle of Sunner kolsch, bottle of Duchesse de Bourgogne Verhaeghe red ale, bottle of Vanderghinste Oud Bruin Flanders red ale. Pour of Noah’s Mill, pour of amaro santa maria.

7am: Noosa blueberry yogurt and almonds.

9am: Coffee with half & half, half an eclair, and a piece of bacon from Good Ambler.

7pm: Half a glass of Hugel Gentil, glass of Sans Soufre, pickled mushrooms and olives from Whole Foods, mushroom pizza made by Anna, squash and mixed green salad with tahini dressing made by Kaycee.
